Laura Arnold holds a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies from University of Georgia (2011), is a member of the National Council on Family Relations, and a Certified Family Life Educator. She has authored 14 peer-reviewed scholarly journal articles and one book chapter, and she has presented at nearly 20 regional and national conferences and workshops.

 Her work in recent years has included facilitating and presenting at more than 18 professional trainings designed to inform and equip adult learners to incorporate healthy relationship skills into current services offered to families. She has also been a project coordinator on a Department of Defense initiative in support of training military service providers’ on enhancing military families’ well-being. While Laura has long been involved in ministries and leadership roles within various churches and organizations, she has made it her mission to minister to families transitioning from being a married couple to becoming parents.

She is committed to equipping them through the early childhood years and on into a growing, developing families that launch children into the world as whole-hearted Christ followers.

 John Arnold has a Master’s of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary (2009), a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Georgia (2015), and currently is a doctoral candidate at Florida State University in Management, studying Human Resources.

Formerly, he was the Director of Partner Relations for Wellspring Group, a discipleship and leadership development ministry based in Atlanta. He has developed discipleship curriculum, led and presented at numerous Christian retreats, consulted with churches locally and internationally to develop their strategic plans and discipleship programs, and served on the founding board of an accredited Christian college.

 Laura and John have been married for nearly 13 years, and they are parents to three amazing little treasures: Caleb, 6 years old, Elise, 4 years old, and Elliot, 1 year old. On most days, you can find their family having a dance party or taking adventuresome road trips as a #tightteam. Their family travels from the sunshine state of Florida.
